MC Rincon Sapiência (SP) performs this Saturday at the Kebrada Festival

Ending KEBRADA, Maranhão welcomes the Manicongo world, dialoguing with African pop (from afrobeat and afrohouse, to dundunba, from Guinea) and with the richness of the beats from the outskirts (highlighting the Bahian pagodão and Brazilian funk). The fun and dancing instrumental chords are enhanced by the elegance of the rapper’s compositions! The show takes place on Saturday (21/12), at 9 pm. Rincon Sapiência is an MC, producer, manager and outstanding Brazilian music artist. In 2017, his debut album, Galanga Livre , won the Multishow Award and the title of Revelation of the Year, was also chosen Artist of the Year by APCA. His artistic versatility provided partnerships with Sidney Magal, Alice Caymmi, Rubel, Drik Barbosa and IZA. In 2018, he created his own label, MGoma, for which he has just launched Mundo Manicongo: Dramas, Danças e Afroreps , produced and directed by him, with the participation of Mano Brown, Lellê, Rael, Gaab, Duquesa, ÀTTØØXXÁ and the collective Audacia . Free tickets must be collected on Wednesdays and Thursdays (18 and 12/19), from 10 am to 7 pm, at Centro Cultural Vale Maranhão. One will be available per person.
