Aurora do Bonfim - Playwright in Performance is the attraction of this week's Open Patio

The text by playwright Igor Nascimento deals with a scientist who investigates the inability to die of his object of study – Mrs. Aurora do Bonfim – a woman who has died more than 15 times without reaching a definitive death. The analysis reaches its last consequences, until Dona Aurora and the researcher change places. This is the premise of the performance “Aurora do Bonfim – Playwright in Performance”, which will be staged at the CCVM, on Thursday, March 24, at 7 pm, within the Pátio Aberto program.

A multimedia writer who develops works and scientific research in the arts, Igor Nascimento is a screenwriter, playwright, writer and director of theater and cinema, working in São Luís and throughout Brazil.
