The Theater Company Direct da Fonte presents the show “O Marriage”, this Saturday, 26, at 9:00pm. Fidelity, old age, genre, power games in the relationship, perspectives – and the lack of them – for the new couple are some of the topics addressed with humor, cynicism, irony and sensuality, in the work based on “The Marriage of the Little Bourgeois” by Bertolt Brecht. Between laughs and shacks, a whole social and family construction is questioned and renewed.

Assembled and presented for the first time in 2018, the play had a season with 16 performances and sold out tickets. A comedy that explores family and social relationships and remains current, even after 100 years of its creation.

The play will be shown virtually on the Vale Maranhão Cultural Center channel on YouTube, as part of the Pátio Aberto program.
