It focuses on musical and scenic performances and events, with an emphasis on the diverse expressions of popular, mass and institutional culture in its most varied genres and styles. From Bumba Meu Boi performances, through reggae, to instrumental music, the public notice has already included artists from all over the state, expanding the distribution of resources and increasing the permeability of expressions between localities.
