Terreiro de Oyó brings samba dos Terreiros to the CCVM courtyard

The CCVM celebrates the roots of samba and popular culture in Maranhão with the show To Our Masters by the group Terreiro de Oyó.

The presentation offers an immersion in the various aspects of samba, especially those that dialogue with the rhythms of the terreiros and cultural manifestations of Maranhão.

Founded in 2015, Terreiro de Oyó is known for combining tradition and contemporaneity, with a repertoire that pays homage to masters such as Peixinho, Patativa and Zé Bibocca.
