During the week in which National Samba Day is celebrated, the band Samba São Luís will be the attraction of Pátio Aberto, with the show On the Page of History, which pays homage to the 100th anniversary of Cristovão Colombo da Silva, recognizing the composer’s relevance to the samba of Maranhão.
Known as Alô Brasil, the samba player is a reference for rhythm admirers and was an important figure in Madredeus, one of the creators of the Fuzileiro da Fuzarca block and the Turma do Quinto samba school.
The presentation will be led by Boscotô, Vicente Melo, Raul Silva and Kaue Veloso.
