CCVM brings to the Pátio Aberto this Thursday (06), at 7 pm, the singer and accordion player, Orlando Maranhão and the Banda Chicotada, in the show Canto de Casa . Born in Codó, in the Cocais region, where there is great influence from the forró pé de serra, Orlando inherited his love for music from his father and grandfather. In the repertoire of xotes, xaxados, baião and coco by Luiz Gonzaga, João do Vale and Jackson do Pandeiro, as well as their own compositions that talk about the customs of the northeastern people and about the environment. The singer is accompanied by Banda Chicotada, formed by Robson Antônio (accordion and vocals), Jailson Silva (guitar and vocals), Giordano Haydar (drums), Caio Moreira (zabumba) and Antônio Amadeus (triangle/pandeiro).
