This Saturday, 14, the Vale Maranhão Cultural Center shows the show Timon, city of flowers, by musicians Mestre Pedro da Rabeca and Romeu Bravo do Forró.
The presentation is inspired by the eponymous documentary released in 2019, the result of Timon’s Inventory and Audiovisual Documentation of Intangible Culture research. Mestre Pedro and Romeu Bravo present a repertoire with Brazilian music classics and with songs written by Timonese composers, to the sound of rabeca, accordion and a lot of percussion.
