In the Black and Diversity Month at CCVM , the program Território Corpo: Between Brazil and Black Africa , organizes the Mestre Sala and Porta-bandeira Workshop: Dance of Samba and Carnival, with Mestre Dionísio and Lohane Lemo s (School of Mestre-Sala , Flag-bearer and Standard-bearer Manoel Dionísio – RJ ), from 02 to 05/12, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm . It's the samba culture in Território Corpo! Mestre Dionisio and Lohane Lemos bring to CCVM the beauty and evolution of the procession dance of Mestre-salas and Porta-bandeiras of the samba schools in Rio de Janeiro. Theoretical knowledge of dance will be presented; dance practices in couples, use of clothing and props; and behavior on court and in the parade. Mestre Manoel Dionísio was born in the debt between Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro, the state where he went to live as a child. He fell in love with samba while watching a performance at the Tabuleiro do Samba concert hall, in downtown Rio, and soon became a dancer in the show. In 1959, he arrived at the Salgueiro Samba School, performing with the Mercedes Baptista Folklore Ballet. He worked as a trainer of Mestre-Sala and Porta-bandeira couples in several associations, including União da Ilha, Mangueira and Beija-Flor. In 1990, he created the Escola de Mestre Sala, Porta-bandeira and Porta-standardarte Manoel Dionísio , which trains dancers and citizens, in addition to safeguarding the culture of samba. The school has training centers in ten Brazilian cities, which receive apprentices from the age of five, students enrolled in the school system. In 1995, Mestre Dionísio received the Standarte de Ouro Award – Male Personality of Carnival. Lohane Lemos is a flag bearer and dance instructor. He entered the Escola de Mestre Sala, Porta-bandeira and Porta-standarte Manoel Dionísio, at the age of 14, and quickly became a professional in the art of ballet. He passed by the associations: GRES Boca de Siri (First flag bearer – 2012/2013), GRES Serene of Campo Grande (Second flag bearer – 2014/ First flag bearer – 2015), GRES Caprichosos de Pilares (second flag bearer – 2015), and since 2016, defends GRES Unidos da Tijuca as the second flag bearer.
