In the Black and Diversity Month at CCVM , the program Território Corpo: Between Brazil and Black Africa holds the Hip Hop Freestyle workshop, with Marcelo Negão (MG/SP), on December 02 and 03, from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Freestyle, a peripheral dance that emerged in the Bronxs (USA), created by Afro-Latin Americans, became popular all over the world. The workshop will work from more basic movements (full of fundamentals), to more complicated steps such as Smurf, The Wop, Cabbage Patch, Bart Simpson, stimulating the potentiality and improvisation of the dancers. Marcelo Negão is from Minas Gerais, researcher and dancer of Urban Dances for 13 years. He currently lives in Judiaí (SP) and is part of Cia Kahal Experimental , with which he toured with the show Gravidade. He is the winner of the F usion Concept (2015), South America selective and was a finalist in the finals in Paris. He participated in Hip Hop Kemp (2015), in the Czech Republic and became champion in the Hip Hop Dance category. He is the recent winner, in the House Dance category, of the Juste Debout in Latin America and was also champion of the first edition of the television program Se Ela Dança Eu Danço (SBT).
