As part of the Black Month and Diversity program at CCVM , the Body: Between Brazil and Black Africa Territory promotes, from the 18th to the 21st of this month, from 10 am to 11 am , the workshop Corpo Ancestral: creative processes in dance, with the dancer, Bruno de Jesus (BA). Thinking about dances in diaspora, the workshop will work on the power of the ancestry of black dance. The artist proposes aesthetic reinterpretations, orientations, gestures and movements of African-Brazilian thought, generating creative possibilities for composition.
