Occupy CCVM: Fabrication and Improvisation Workshop with Mask, with the actor and mime, Gilson César - Registration open

The workshop Confection and Improvisation with Mask , with the actor and mime, Gilson César , takes place from 05 to 08/11 , from 2 pm to 6 pm . The mask is an object of extension of the actor's body that enables expressive communications and narratives, contributing to his better performance and body awareness on stage. The workshop, based on the artist's experience in training actors, will work on the making of masks and the construction of scenic work based on their use. Actor, mime and clown, Gilson began his artistic career in 1980. In the 1990s, he researched mime techniques in Italy and France. Returning to Brazil, he participated in the show Mãe Gentil , by Ivaldo Bertazzo, and founded Cia. Os Itinerantes , in the productions Uma História do Circo and O Desejo de Catirina , among others. He is one of the founders of the Movement Circus and Theater of Rua do Maranhão , producer of two editions of Virá da Palhaçada , a meeting to commemorate the National Clown Day. Founding partner of Cia. Circense de Teatro e Bonecos , he directed and performed in several of the group's shows, such as O Circo Pinico sem Tampa .
