O Pátio Aberto, this Thursday, hosts the show Gente do Choro, with the group Regional Tira-Teima

The Regional Tira-Teima group is an attraction at the Pátio Aberto, this Thursday (22) , at 7pm . Come to Choro! One of the oldest and most traditional choro groups in Maranhão, Regional Tira-Teima was created in 1973. It is composed of Paulo Trabulsi (solo cavaquinho), Sadi Ericeira (central cavaquinho), Francisco Solano and Luiz Júnior (7-string guitar) , Zé Carlos (pandeiro and vocals) and Serra de Almeida (transverse flute). They are the creators of Clube do Choro do Maranhão, which has been operating since 2002, moving the music scene in the state. The show features original compositions from the CD Gente do Choro (2018) and has the special participation of singer Fátima Passarinho, mandolin player Wendell Salles and Zeca do Cavaco. Admission is free.
