Maranhense Reggae Orchestra tells its story in the Open Patio

The show “Our Reggae, Our History” provides the audience with the trajectory of the first reggae orchestra in Maranhão, told by songs that pack the very history of rhythm in our state.

Idealized by musician Marcel Silva, the Maranhense Reggae Orchestra emerged on the Ludovician music scene in 2016, with the aim of disseminating Jamaican, Brazilian and Maranhão music through re-readings in a musical structure formed by wind instruments, harmony and percussion.
