Dance Aqui - Krump Workshop, with the dancer Queen Buckhype (Germany) - Registration is open

Krump's workshop with Queen Buckhype (Germany) takes place on Thursday (11/21) , from 4 pm to 6 pm , for the DANÇA AQUI project, which is receiving seven street dance groups to rehearse at CCVM for four months, and ends its second phase with workshops of reference professionals in their areas and chosen by the groups to accompany them in their creation processes. To expand the project's reach, the workshops are open to the public. A super opportunity for learning and improvement for those who are in the dance! Krump was born in the ghettos of Los Angeles around the year 2000, created by Ceasare Willis (Tight Eyez). It is a dance of fast movements, which is organized in disputes between families (groups). In Brazil, it arrived around 2006, in São Luís there are several groups, having as pioneers the researchers and dancers Gilvan dos Santos and Rafael Sousa. Yara Traore, known as Queen Buckhype, started dancing encouraged by her uncle, who took the Krump to Hamburg, the city where she was born, in Germany. Dancing since 2012, and today is an icon of the Krump movement worldwide. She is a member of the female crew Bad Attitude . Last year he won the European Buck Session – EBS Female 2018 .
