DANÇA HERE - Oficina Danças de Rua, with André Rockmaster (SP) - Registration open

The DANÇA AQUI project, which is receiving 7 street dance groups to rehearse at the CCVM for four months, ends its first phase with workshops by reference professionals in their areas and chosen by the groups to accompany them and help them improve their technique . To expand the project's reach, workshops open to the public are being offered. A super opportunity for learning and improvement for those who are in the dance! On the 26th, from 3pm to 7pm, there will be a house dance workshop and a chat with André Rockmaster. On the 27th, from 10am to 2pm, it will be the funk style workshop ( locking, popping, waacking ). André Rockmaster is one of the forerunners of urban dances in Brazil, he is the founder of the Peso Zero group. He was the first Brazilian invited to do a solo at Mop Top Family, a pioneering event of urban dance in the world, held in New York. In 2013, as a choreographer, he was world champion with the best street dance show at the World Street Dance event, in Dunkerque (France). He currently choreographs the bboy group Tsunami All Star, for shows and international championships, and participated in competitions in the main world championships: HDI 2009 and 2010, Just Debout NYC 2011, NYC Jacking. He created the Rockmaster Party, a party that takes the art of dance to clubs in Brazil and around the world.
