Dança Aqui - Dance Workshop: A Rua eo Movimento Hip Hop, with Marcelinho BackSpin (SP) - Open Inscriptions

The DANÇA AQUI project, which is receiving seven street dance groups to rehearse at the CCVM for four months, ends its second phase with workshops by reference professionals in their areas and chosen by the groups to accompany them in their creation processes. To expand the project's reach, the workshops will be open to the public. A super opportunity for learning and improvement for those who are in the dance! The Dance Workshop: A Rua eo Movimento Hip Hop takes place on the 24th and 25th, from 2 pm to 6 pm. Marcelinho Back Spin is a choreographer and a breaking and popping dancer since 1983, and is considered one of the articulators of the Hip Hop movement in São Paulo. Pedagogue, cultural producer and art educator for 28 years. He founded the Back Spin Crew , in 1985, a pioneer group of street dancing in the city of São Paulo, which is still active today. Organized the first national Hip Hop show, which took place at São Bento subway station, in 1991. Pioneer in the creation of Hip Hop workshops in Brazil, expanding the movement's reach. In 2006, he released the album Mr. Boogie , filled with funk boogie in the 1980s. The workshop will address the origin of street dances, the sociocultural relations of Hip Hop in Brazil and the construction of the movement through street encounters . From the dialogues held in the workshop, an urban intervention in the street, place of origin and development of Hip Hop , will be elaborated.
