Conecta Psica will promote meetings that celebrate the culture of Maranhão and Pará

Approved in the Public Notice Ocupa CCVM – Amazônia em Foco 2024, the Conecta Psica project will promote meetings between the creative network that celebrates the cultures of Maranhão and Pará. The CCVM will hold a full day focused on the event’s programming, which includes the open conversation Amazon Encounters, an Open Stage that will serve as a showcase for artists from Maranhão, and the closing concert with the singer from Pará, Flor de Mururé.

Open Stage

The Psica Festival wants to discover the talents of Maranhão music and form a collaborative network between Maranhão and Pará. As part of the Conecta Psica program, we will hold an Open Stage here at the CCVM with presentations of up to 5 minutes.

Registration is open and five attractions will be selected for our October 25th. Jasmine Giovannini (Paredão Festival) and Carolina Maria dos Santos (local production assistant for the Psica Festival) are curated.
