Boi Encanto da Ilha celebrates 25 years in the CCVM courtyard

One of the most vibrant representatives of Maranhão’s orchestra accent promises to delight the audience with the show “Clarins de São Luís” at the Open Courtyard of the CCVM, this Thursday (17).

Originating from the cultural axis of Madre Deus, Bumba Meu Boi Encanto da Ilha appeared in the late 1990s and is known for its striking choreography, with the beautiful Indians, the champion cowboys, the string of ribbons and all the contagious energy of its orchestra.

During the show, the public will also be able to appreciate products created at the group’s cultural workshops, which will be on display in the presentation space, further valuing the group’s craftsmanship and the richness of the popular event.
