Kebrada Festival
The largest street culture and hip hop event in Maranhão reaches its 4th edition with shows by BK’, MC Alcino, Marco Gabriel and ten other artists from Maranhão.
Completing the schedule, we will have a workshop on Afro braids, dance and rhyme battles and a new graffiti mural in the CCVM Courtyard.

Graffiti
Ronald Nagô (photo), Negônica, Snake, Guto, Origes, Luã Campos and Urubatan are the artists selected to renew the CCVM’s graffiti mural.
Art is exhibited throughout the year in our Patio!
Afro braids workshop
The workshop brings to the CCVM the universe of Afro braids, a symbol of black resistance. Trancist Teresa Sousa will teach the classes, who will work on the historical context, the evolution of the braids, the practice of hairstyles and other topics. Classes will take place on December 17 and 18, at 2 pm, at the CCVM.
