The CCVM Apoia Public Notice is an initiative of the Vale Cultural Institute together with its museums and cultural centers – Vale Museum, Minas Gerais Vale Memorial, Vale Maranhão Cultural Center and Casa da Cultura de Canaã dos Carajás, carried out with resources from the Federal Law on Incentive to Culture. A total of R$400,000 will be allocated to projects by creators of popular culture in Maranhão.

In all, 40 projects will be selected, in various artistic languages, described in a public notice. The winners will receive an amount of R$10 thousand each. The selection process is carried out by a technical committee composed of specialized professionals from the Vale Cultural Institute and local and national external consultants.
