The cultural spaces maintained by the Vale Cultural Institute in the Legal Amazon launch the Public Notice this Tuesday, July 15. The Vale Maranhão Cultural Center and the Casa da Cultura de Canaã dos Carajás, in Pará, will allocate a total of R$800,000 to projects by popular culture professionals from the respective states where they operate, with resources from the Federal Culture Incentive Law.

Now in its sixth edition in Maranhão, the Support Notice has already benefited more than 200 projects, including cultural spaces, Bumba Meu Boi, Tambor de Crioula, Reisado and Caixeiras do Divino groups, safeguarding actions, circus arts, masters and masters, samba schools, artisans and quilombola communities.

The public notice will select, also in Pará, proposals in various artistic languages. There will be 80 projects awarded with the amount of R$10 thousand each, per state. Entries can be made between July 15 and August 15 on the CCVM website and between July 15 and August 17 on the CCCC website, and also by mail and via WhatsApp at the numbers (94) 99272-6562, for registrations from Pará, and (98) 99107-4164, for registrations for projects in Maranhão.
